Digital Foundation and Growth Proposal
This page is the proposal itself. It replaces the packet: the findings from our three working sessions, exactly what gets built, three priced steps, and the recommendation, all in one place your board can read on a phone.
Prepared for Scott Elliott, Executive Director, Cheneda Samuel, Director of Navigation, and the Board of Directors | August 12, 2026
Watch first
Everything on this page is covered on camera, in order, so any board member who cannot attend the decision call still has the full picture before the vote.
Where this is going
One Heart McKinney serves five hundred to six hundred families each year, close to one thousand eight hundred neighbors, by connecting people in crisis to the help they need. In October 2027 that mission steps onto a larger stage: One Heart McKinney becomes a core tenant and the first point of contact inside NeighborHub, a forty thousand square foot community services hub.
The organization that greets that traffic needs infrastructure that greets it well.
Also included, every option
Right now the profiles read like a McKinney destination page. A funder who lands on them cannot tell in five seconds who you are, who you serve, or how to give. Brand alignment across all six platforms in your intake is included in every option, and the executive profiles come with it.
Profile concepts shown for board review. Counts and imagery inside the mockups are illustrative; final imagery and copy are produced with your team.
Who this was built with
Across three working sessions, the constraints came from two directions. Both are solved by the same infrastructure, and both are named in the build.
Statement of work
Architect and build your website, fundraising pages, donor communications, social presence, and automation workflows. Migrate your contacts. Produce your story on camera. Document standard operating procedures for the functions your team keeps. Maintain what we build under the monthly plan you select.
We do not write custom code or develop custom applications, which means your systems are never dependent on a developer to survive. Your Bonterra Apricot case management system stays exactly where it is; we connect to it, we never replace it. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Third party services you elect to use are billed as transparent monthly pass through costs listed below, and you choose which of them to activate.
The diagnostic
We measure every organization we assess against the Infrastructure Deficit: the gap between the quality of the mission and the systems behind it. We diagnose it through Five Red Flags. Here is what your intake and our working sessions show, and why each finding is fixable.
Your website lives with an outside vendor, contacts live in Mailchimp, files live in Dropbox, and case data lives in Bonterra Apricot, with no connection between them. Organizations in this position typically run eight to fifteen disconnected tools. Consolidation is the fastest win in this engagement.
Modern supporters complete roughly seventy percent of their research independently before they ever reach out, and roughly half rule an organization out based on digital presence alone. Donors, grantors, and NeighborHub partners are already looking. The presence they find is the pipeline.
You are not misusing automation today; you simply have none working for you. That is an advantage: we build your automation workflows correctly the first time, with nothing to unwind.
Updates, newsletters, posting, and follow up all currently route through two leaders who also run the mission. The systems below move that load off your calendar and onto documented, maintained infrastructure.
The work is excellent; the digital presence does not yet say so. Closing that gap is precisely what positions One Heart McKinney to be the face of NeighborHub in October 2027.
The board decision
Each step sits on the one below it. Start anywhere on the staircase, and step up within ninety days with every dollar you have paid carried forward. Every step is built on your TIH managed platform and includes the first month of your selected maintenance plan.
Our recommendation
Step one fixes the front door. Step two is the one that takes work off Scott and Cheneda, because the automation is what answers applicants in seconds, thanks every donor, and keeps the pipeline moving while your team runs the mission.
Step three is the NeighborHub campaign layer. It has real value in October 2027 and limited value in month one. Build the engine now, add the campaign system when the opening is in sight, and the upgrade credit means the wait costs nothing.
After launch
Your intake asked TIH to maintain four functions after launch: website updates, the newsletter, social content and posting, and your automation workflows. We scoped the plans below to exactly that request, at three levels of intensity. Every step includes the first month of your selected plan.
| Plan | Monthly | What your team receives |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $550 | Platform hosting and management; up to four website updates per month; one newsletter per month; posting on three platforms; automation workflow upkeep; monthly thirty minute advisory call. |
| Growth | $850 | Everything in Essentials, plus: two newsletters per month; posting across all six platforms; monthly dashboard refresh; one new campaign or event page each quarter. |
| Full Operations | $1,250 | Everything in Growth, plus: text campaign management; a monthly board ready performance report; a quarterly sponsor and grant research block; a sixty minute monthly strategy session. |
Ongoing produced content beyond the launch library runs as a monthly add on at $325 to $715 per month, covering approximately four to eight professionally produced pieces per month depending on the volume your board approves. Once you select a volume, TIH confirms the exact monthly figure in writing before it begins.
Certain capabilities run on third party platforms. TIH bills these monthly at cost plus management. They activate only in the options that use them, and you choose which to turn on.
Investment summary
Paying in full at signing reduces the price on every step, and every option below can be paid online today through its secure invoice link. A split option is also available on every step: half to begin, half at day thirty or delivery of the core build, whichever comes first. Split payments are issued by separate invoice, with payment terms written into the service agreement.
We accept card payments for amounts up to $5,000 per transaction; pay amounts above $5,000 by wire transfer, Zelle, or ACH direct payment. Every step includes the first month of your selected maintenance plan.
Terms and disclosures
Payment and agreement. Online invoice links on this page reflect paid in full pricing. Payment plans are available on every step and are issued by separate invoice, with payment terms written into the service agreement. Payment or deposit authorizes TIH Industries LLC to proceed with your selection and reserve your build slot. It is not the formal contract; One Heart McKinney will receive a service agreement before project kickoff. The service agreement must be signed and the kickoff meeting scheduled within seven business days of payment or deposit to keep the build on schedule.
Third party costs. Certain capabilities run on third party platforms. TIH Industries bills these monthly at cost plus management, and they activate only in the options that use them.
Concepts shown. The website, donation page, and social profile visuals on this page are design concepts prepared for board review. Follower counts, engagement figures, and imagery inside the concepts are illustrative. Final imagery and copy are produced with the One Heart McKinney team.
Prepared for. This proposal was prepared by TIH Industries LLC exclusively for the board and leadership of One Heart McKinney. TIH Industries LLC is an independent strategic advisory firm and is not affiliated with the third party platforms shown. Project outcomes depend on timely access, approvals, and participation from One Heart McKinney as described above.
Optional next step
This call is optional. If the walkthrough video and this page already answer everything, your board can select a step and pay through the invoice links above at any time. If Scott, Cheneda, or any board member has questions first, pick a time on the calendar beside this. It is a working session where One Heart McKinney selects a step and a maintenance plan, and TIH Industries answers every question your board raises before the vote.
If your full board cannot attend, send the recording and the walkthrough video. Both were built so a board member who missed the call still has everything needed to vote.
Step two is the recommendation. Step one fixes the front door. Step two is the one that takes work off Scott and Cheneda, because the automation answers applicants in seconds, thanks every donor, and keeps the pipeline moving while your team runs the mission. Step three is the NeighborHub campaign layer, and it earns its cost closer to the October 2027 opening. Approve step two now, run it a quarter, then step up inside ninety days and every dollar paid carries forward.
This page is not the formal contract. One Heart McKinney receives a service agreement for signature before project kickoff.
