The heat starts with a smoked chile blend we grind in house, and you will not find it in anybody else's hot chicken. Hand battered, dropped when you order it, sauced in house.

Dredged by hand, one piece at a time. No pre breading, no holding tray.

The Nashville blend goes on hot, straight out of the oil, so it sets into the crust.

02What is Nashville hot chicken?
Nashville hot chicken is fried chicken finished with a cayenne forward spice blend applied hot, straight out of the fryer, so it sets into the crust. It's traditionally served with pickles and white bread. Ours is hand battered and dropped to order.
03What should I order the first time?
The Original at $13. One Nashville hot chicken sandwich with slaw, pickles, and Ember Sauce, served with seasoned fries. If you want to go bigger, the Dirty Fries at $17 is the signature.
04Do you do burgers, or only chicken?
Both. The smash burgers are pressed thin on the same griddle and held to the same standard. Ember Smash, Big Smash, and Jalapeno Smash are all double smashed Angus.
05Can I order for pickup or delivery?
Yes. Order direct for pickup, or get it delivered through UberEats and DoorDash. Ordering direct keeps more of every dollar with the restaurant.
