What happens in a weekly advisory session

The TIH Industries Weekly Advisory Session is a 60-minute working call on Google Meet, held every week with active advisory clients. We review what moved since the last call, settle the decisions in front of you, and set the work for the next seven days. It's a working hour, not a status update.

How to get the most out of your time

  1. Name your topic in the booking form so the work is pulled and read before we meet.
  2. Bring your current numbers. Revenue, leads, conversion, whatever the topic touches.
  3. Bring one decision you want closed by the end of the hour.
  4. Log in on time. The hour starts when it's scheduled, not when everyone arrives.

What clients usually ask before they book

Who can book a weekly advisory session?

Can I use the hour for technical support?

No. Platform questions, bugs, and step-by-step how-to are handled through the Help Center at www.tihworkspace.com/Help, where 200+ step-by-step articles are published. If an article doesn't resolve it, submit a ticket through the form on that page. Your advisory hour is for strategy and decisions.

What if I don't have an agenda that week?

Book it anyway. We'll run the review, look at the numbers, and pull the next block of work off your build plan. The weeks with no agenda are usually the weeks something is quietly drifting.

Can my team member join?

Yes. Add them in the booking form so they get the Google Meet link with the confirmation. Whoever owns the work should be on the call.

Do we record the session?

Only if you ask. Tell us at the start of the call and you'll get the recording afterward.
